1Do I Need To Supply The Copy And Images?

Unless agreed prior you would need to provide us with all the copy and images required to create your website. 

We will ask you a series of questions about you business, as well as the tone you are looking for and we will get across a series of examples for you to choose (or amend) from. This will be fully SEO optimised on and off page so that those delicious Google bots can crawl your website with ease.

2How Many Subscribers Can You Send eMails To?

This is 100% dependant on your email marketing company you use. We know from experience MailerLite you can have up to 1,000 before you start needing to pay a monthly fee. Even then, it is only around £22-£25 for up to 2,500.

3What Can I Include In The Amend Requests?

Great question!

We say the following can be classed in the amend requests category. This list is subject to change, and if you are unsure as to if your request would count in your amend request allowance, please get in touch to discuss.

  • Minor Content Changes: such as text and images that you supply.
  • New Menu Link: this can be for desktop, tablet, and/or smartphone displays.
  • Adding and Updating Links: social media and page links that you already have, or ones you would like placed.
  • Transforming Text: such as putting a specific text in Bold, Underlined, Bigger, Smaller, even changing Colour. Each page that requires transforming text will count as one amendment.

If there is anything that you would need changing on a regular basis and isn't listed here, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp and we can go through your ongoing requests.

4What Do You Mean By All Your Unique Subscribers?

Unique subscribers means the number of unique emails you have in your mailing list. This can be any number great and small. 

We use the email marketing platform MailerLite and you can 1,000 subscribers and send emails for FREE! All the way up to 500,000 subscribers. 

So long as you have an active subscription with them we can help manage and deliver all your campaigns.

5I Already Use MailChimp Can You Help Me?

Unfortunately we only work with MailerLite at this time. We can get you set up on MailerLite with all the segments, automations, and emails from MailChimp (or any other email marketing company) often paying a lot less for the same service and features.
