- Introduction
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of our virtual assistant service (the "Service"). You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Service. You may not use the Service if you do not agree to these Terms.
- Description of Service
The Service is a virtual assistant service that provides users with various forms of assistance, including website design and/or management, business stationery design, and email marketing. The Service is provided "as is," and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Service.
- Your Obligations
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You further agree to not use the Service to:
- Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
- Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to a representative of our company, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
- Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
- Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
- Intellectual Property
The Service and all content and materials included in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of WebVA or its licensors and are protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright and trademark laws.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Service.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service or the content or materials included on the Service.
Once we have delivered the final product, our liability ends unless you have purchased one of our aftercare packages.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold our company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities, and settlements, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from or alleged to result from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time.
